West Ham United have agreed a fee of around £20m to sign Ghana international striker Andre Ayew from Swansea City.
The 26-year-old, who the Swans signed on a free transfer from French club Marseille in 2015, was Swansea's 12-goal top scorer last season.
Ayew is now finalising personal terms with West Ham as Swansea hope to complete the signing of Atletico Madrid striker Borja Baston.
Swansea hope Borja can join Fernando Llorente at the Liberty Stadium.
The Welsh club have also enquired about Premier League champions Leicester City's Argentine striker Leonardo Ulloa too.
Swansea City forwards Alberto Paloschi, Eder and Bafetimbi Gomis have already departed the Liberty Stadium this summer.
Manager Francesco Guidolin admitted in July he was unsure about Ayew's future, but hoped he would stay.
West Ham United have signed striker Ashley Fletcher, midfielder Havard Nordtveit, and wingers Sofiane Feghouli and Gokhan Tore this summer
